1 day lake Mburo Uganda Safari takes you to Lake Mburo National Park one of the smallest Savannah Parks where it’s possible to do Nature walks and is the Only Savannah that contains an extensive part of Tanzania’s Savanna Lands. The Park is located in Kiruhura District in the Western Region of Uganda that covers over 240 kilometres. The Savannah is Open for wildlife viewings, bird watching, boat ride and guided nature walks. The Park harbours several species of mammals including zebras, impalas, elands, topi and buffaloes. The bird population is also impressive including the rare Shoebill stork.
Set off from Kampala at 6:30am, the early morning game drive is not to encounter with the traffic Jam in the Kampala City, Drive to the western part of Uganda to Lake Mburo National Park.
